1.Job Description

(1)This position is to proactively support the IPMI Broker Channel processes and rules. Provide quality front-line sales support to our IPMI Broker Managers dealing with their respective Brokers.

(2)Your main responsibilities will consist to support our IPMI Broker Manager servicing intermediaries' and follow up new or pending inquiries relative to a Client Application Form, commission's settlement or a Claim.

2.Job Responsibilities

(1)Gain confidence from key intermediaries & IPMI Broker Manager to support front-line Sales and servicing. Ability to handle pressure during work & taking personal initiatives to solve problems.

(2)Monitor and keep an efficient tracking list about our Broker Channel Quotation inquiries and sales activities. Support Broker Manager to follow up pending sales or delay in application procedure.

(3)Monitor our Broker Channel procedure is met by our CS Team in accordance with company SLA (Service level agreement). Importance to communicate in an effective manner with all departments involve in the process (UW, Claims or Finance).

(4)Provide and share your suggestion to improve current process efficiency and deliver high standard servicing to Brokers

3.Qualifications

(1)College graduated and above

(2)Minimum of 2 Years experience required in the same industry / role

(3)Good interpersonal skills.

(4)Motivated

(5)Ability to handle multi tasks.

(6)Basic Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook experience

(7)Fluent in oral & written English is a MUST.

(8)Self Motivated with the ability to demonstrate independent judgment
