u Product application design and approval, maintain design documentation.

u Review product designs and development plans for compliance with customer requirements, related specifications, adopted engineering standards, and good engineering practices.

u Prepare design analysis to include: preliminary design, calculation, specifications, and environmental impact, Perform design integrity and cost analysis, creating and maintaining DFMEA documents.

u Connection to BU technical location for the design.

u Handle engineering change management internally and towards BU design locations.

u Generate customer installation drawings, assembly drawing and part drawings to fulfill the application need.

u Local design responsible for the BOM.

u Write test orders to the lab. for verification and validation of new product variants. Review test result with test engineer and application engineer for product release.

u Review and approve application specific design changes (deviation).

u Provide technical support and expertise to Sale, purchase and Manufacture.
