1. Responsible for annual tax filing and annual statistic reports.

2. Provide timely and accurate information/analysis to assist in plant cost control.

3. Managing Branch Company financing and taxing and registration of new branch.

4. Responsible for High-Tech company maintain, related report.

5. Responsible for reliable accounting information and make sure it’s in line with CSA policy. Give appropriate accounting method and make clear entry when meet unusual business by discussion with plant finance and GBS finance.

6. Control budget expense spending, CAPEX/Tooling AR spending control. Approve PR application in E-doc system and maintain budget expense control file and AR tracking file.

7. Assist with monthly forecast and annual budget according to business development and variance analysis (variance vs forecast, variance vs budget)

8. Support to prepare PMM meeting PPT for management team as basis of operation decision-making on improvement

9. TB review and BS reconciliation followed by CSA policy, considering SOX filing accordance

10. US GAAP and PRC GAAP conversion, BS & PL report preparation according relevant laws and regulations for domestic accounting.

11. Handling tax issues and prepare quarterly tax package due to statutory and US GAAP.

12. Responsible for monthly CSE report (Cooper Standard Self-Evaluation)

13. Assis to prepare monthly internal control.

14. As the assistant to solve any issues as plant controller assigned, such as the reports listed in month end closing timeline etc.

岗位要求：

1. College or above in finance/accounting major.

2. More than five years’ relevant experience in manufacturing company, costing experience is preferred.

3. Proficient skill in financial software and MS Office & ERP System, SAP is preferred.

4. Good English communication, reading and writing is must.

5. Good at communication, quick learning skill, team working, collaboration.

6. Proactive and ability to work under pressure.
