职位描述
1、负责药理部各项目研发过程的管理，把控项目研发中各个环节，协调项目进程及药理部各科室的配合工作；
2、负责设计药理相关课题，带领团队开展药理相关实验研究；
3、负责撰写实验方案及实验总结报告；
4、负责药理实验相关审批资料的撰写工作等。
任职要求：
1.药理学或相关专业，硕士学历以上；
2.熟悉药理毒理学相关实验方法，能独立承担新药体内外药物筛选模型的构建及活性筛选及药效学评价工作；
3.有一定的项目管理经验，清晰的工作思路，具有较强的分析及解决问题的能力；
4.具有较强的文字撰写能力，具有良好的沟通能力和协作精神，责任心强。

Solarbio has 2,400m2 of research and production center, 2000m2 of storage base and equipped with advanced logistics system.
After ten years of technological accumulation, we established an independent platform for immunology research and development. The platform include peptide design and synthesis, recombinant protein, antibody production and purification, primary antibody customization and related labeling and detection services, ELISA kit customization and other immunological product developments.
Besides biochemical reagents, our mainly immunology products are antibodies and ELISA kits. Now we can supply more than 5000 primary antibodies, 300 secondary antibodies. With annual production capacity of 2000 antibodies we can provide more superior antibodies for customers. Our technical team have rich experience in peptide design and recombinant protein expression, which enhanced the reliability of the antibodies.
