职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Manage VP's appointment and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of VP's time
2.Maintain complex, ever changing schedules to ensure VP is well briefed and prepared including full diary management, daily schedules, travel arrangements & itineraries,meeting arrangements including agendas, minutes, actions, reviews, and department meetings
3.Maintain VP's special/strategic projects. Advises, supports, assists, coordinates, and collaborates on special projects which are highly complex, and involve creation and oversight of multifaceted teams
4.Facilitate smooth communications between VP and other executives, managers, and employees; and between VP and external parties
5.Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion. Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time. These activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, takings and distributing minutes, etc.
6.Handle confidential information and maintain the security of VP's records and files
7.Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above.English Major is preferred
2. Good computer skill (word, power point and etc.)
3. Good oral and written English
4. Good communication skills
5. 2+ years assistant experience is a must
6. Honest and reliable
