Primary Function of Position:

Conduct the lab tests according to working instructions, international standards and domestic standards, collate test dates timely and accurately. Responsible for the daily monitoring of 100 000 grade air conditioning system, water system and other public systems in facility and lab. Complete all the test of products and raw materials.

根据作业指导书、国际标准、国家标准，正确执行实验室的测试并及时准确的整理测试数据。负责工厂及实验室10万级空调系统、水系统等公用系统的日常监控，成品及原辅料的各项检测。

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position has responsibility and authority for:

？ Responsible for the daily monitoring of sedimentation, air sampling and airborne particles.

负责洁净区沉降菌、浮游菌、悬浮粒子的日常监控

？ Responsible for monitoring of microbiological and physicochemical index of purified water.

负责纯化水系统微生物及理化各项指标的监控

？ Responsible for products and raw materials bioburden test.

负责成品及原辅料的初始污染菌检测

？ Responsible for products sterile test

负责成品的无菌检测

？ Responsible for management of microbial cultures and strains.

负责微生物检验用培养基及菌种的管理及控制

？ Responsible for the calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.

负责实验室相关仪器设备的校准及维护保养

？ Complete other assignments given by QA manager.

完成实验室经理交给的其它工作

Skill/Job Requirements:

Competency Requirements: In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must possess:

？ With the experience for more than 2 years in medical or medical device industry.

2 年以上医药或医疗器械行业实验室检测工作经验

？ Knowledge of following activities:

o Familiar with Chinese pharmacopoeia, YY0033, ISO11135, ISO11737 and other standards.

熟悉中国药典，YY0033，ISO11135，ISO11737等相关法规

o Experience in cleanroom environmental monitoring and sterile testing is preferred

有洁净区环境监控及无菌测试操作经验者优先

？ Education:

Above technical secondary school, major in biology, microbiology, etc

中专以上学历，生物，微生物等相关专业

？ Language requirement：

Basic reading and writing skill
