职位描述

岗位职责:

Responsibility:
Lead shared service team to do HB data/report preparation on customs entry platform timely and accurately to enable on-site operations team to file handbook application, BOM change, annual reconciliation with local customs. This applies to sites where the HB operations are within shared service scope.
Communicate with operations and business partners about risks and opportunities identified from duty relief scorecard to push for actions monthly within China region.
Develop Access Tool to reconcile paper handbook from SAP data.
Roll out DGCS shared service duty relief management model to other sites and implement procedures and processes base on requirements.
Support customs 101 awareness training.
Take other projects tasks

任职资格:

Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience with customs e-book operation.
Strong communication skills
Good at Access Development and other Microsoft tool like Excel.
Good written and verbal English skills, at least CET6.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
