Major Responsibilities

Customer quality requirements assurance, submit APQP package & PPAP package, etc.
Set-up Quality/Warranty objective and drive team to meet.
Project quality assurance- Perform quality assessments throughout development and provide Vote for all Stage and Design Reviews for all assigned projects. ensure that Key, Identified Program deliverables are completed on time per the project schedule and meet excellent quality standards
Analyze similar product quality/warranty data and Drive wide & dive deep for new program lessons learned from starting
Production quality assurance - Support pre-builds and ensure production quality in control, issue related build reports
Warranty risk assessment and Mitigation throughout project/design/process stage review and risk identification
Define/Document/Set-up warranty support plans for new programs.
Communicate Quality performance, improvement plans, and corrective actions to the customer.

Major Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive, etc (or college degree with very strong related experiences)
Over 5 years' service experience of Quality relative jobs in Automotive/Electrical industrial suppliers. Global company is preferred.
Experience in Problem Solving practices
Advanced analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
Interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers, co-workers and local and remote technical support staff.
Familiar to TS standard and OEM quality system. Eg. SGM PPQP, SVW Formel-Q.
Organizational and planning capabilities.
Multi-cultural experience preferred
Advanced written and oral communication skills.
