Major Job Responsibilities
?Design products using CAD/CAE tools and to perform design analysis and evaluation
?Design and develop new products for automotive audio or wireless system
?Design plastic, sheet metal and casting components; release design documentation
?Verify and validate design integrity on bench and in vehicle
?Follow engineering design process and product release procedures

Qualifications
?Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering
?Experience in electronics product design
?Experience in automotive or consumer electronics product design will be a plus
?Excellent knowledge of plastic, sheet metal and casting
?Strong design analytical skills
?Knowledge of rapid prototyping and plastic and sheet metal tooling will be an advantage
?Good knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE design tools, virtual prototyping and simulation is an added advantage
?With task/project planning and participate in new product development with others as a team
?Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
?Good understanding of audio, telecommunication, and consumer electronics products
