General Purpose of the Position

· Conduct new business development and support sales team to win Diesel EMS business.

Key Responsibilities

· Get customer requirement and prepare engineering proposal, technical negotiation with customer.
· Introduce advanced technology and new system products to customer
· Generate Technical Agreement, negotiate with customer and conduct technical agreement sign.
· Work with calibration team, Program Manager and sales team to meet Delphi internal process requirement.
· Engineering support for customer demo engine and vehicle building.
· Program engineering development cost quote preparation
· Build a good relationship with local customers for winning long term business

Primary requirement for candidate

· Master’s Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Internal Combustion Engine required; PhD’s degree is preferred.
· 5 years or more on research and development experience on automotive engines (gasoline or diesel) is mandatory;
· Strong communication skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Willing to continuously learn new technologies
· Excellent language skills in oral and written English
