Responsibility:
Ensure Delphi internal control measures are implemented on all sites crossing Asia Pacific region. Lead and monitor all sites in the region to comply with the SOX process and requirement.
Follow up and monitor the open internal control and SOX deficiencies, and partner with management to develop efficient and effective corrective action plans, and work closely with management to influence improvements in the systems of internal control
Coordinate with Delphi Internal Audit Service for any internal audit requirement. Participate in performing audit procedures, execute the audit plan, manage the on-time delivery of results.
Provide support to annual statutory audit on issues related to internal control, US GAAP and local GAAP policies
Coordinate with divisional HQ on internal control requirements and plants processes
Monitor and coordinate all AP office rebill related issues. Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required by supervisor when necessary.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field
Minimum 5 years above working experience in auditing/accounting, big 4 auditing firms working experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX requirements and internal controls systems
Excellent technical accounting skills, strong software skills (proficiency in excel is required) and an understanding of data analysis techniques
Excellent in both Chinese & English
Proactive, outgoing, cautious and willing to travel
