职位描述

岗位职责:

Major Job Responsibilities

1. Supplier sourcing for Diesel components localization projects
2. Drive the localization process of components in China, work out supplier strategy to meet PBU business overall roll out plan in China.
3. Understand the commodity market price, technical innovation etc.
4. Track and follow up supplier RFQ
5. Work with AQE and other functions to clarify technical, commercial and quality requirements
6. Involve in supplier assessment process according to company procedure
7. Lead supplier contract negotiation(price, payment term etc.) with potential suppliers
8. Manage GSM risk to avoid line shut down or project delay

任职资格:

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in engineering
2. 3 years above working experience in purchasing Dep. In world wide company
3. Expert in negotiation skill
4. Strong problem solving skill (5 Why, root cause analysis etc.)
5. Strong leadership and communication skill
6. Good English communication skill
