职位描述


Mission：                         
- Daily cash payment arrangement & Bank/cash reconciliation
- Settle local AR/AP invoices in the accounting system 
- Proper filing of accounting vouchers 
- Arrange for employees’ expense claim payment and update in the accounting system 
- Responsible for internet banking operation: prepare payment requests into bank system for approval;
- Issuing local tax invoices using Jinshui tax system, and send tax invoices to vendors 
- Consolidate tax invoices information from operation department for South China Order tax invoices from tax bureau; 
- Prepare and submit the report for cancelled tax invoices to tax bureau on a monthly basis; 
- Liaise bank and tax bureau for banking issues and tax issues Assist in office administrative work           


 Role & responsibilities   
- Diploma or above, major in finance or accounting 
- At least 2 year work experience in finance or accounting 
- Familiar with financial and accounting software tools and systems 
- Hands on experience on tax application system 
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English Proficient in Microsoft Office Processing. 
- Sound interpersonal & communication skills. 
- Able to work independently and work under pressure.
- Capable to handle multi-task effectively Team Worker
