Responsibilities:

• To manage the regulation team with right human resource, skill roadmap, budget and planning;
• To make Chinese regulation synthesis with regulation team:
• To have clear synthesis for revolution of current regulation and new regulation with clear application date, interpretation and comparison of evolutions;
• To update the PSA Regulation database with clear information of regulation evolution regularly;
• To run regular meeting with JV and Fr partners;
• To maintain the regulation compliance network within DRDS;
• To support regulation application on project;

Requirements:

• >5 year experience in Regulation and homologation in vehicle engineering;
• Major in engineering or automotive domain
• Basic management skill to manage a small team
• Multi-culture working spirit.
• Good communication skill

Capability:

• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written);French language is a preference;

• Customer oriented & source of proposals, analytical skills

• Strong ability to work with diverse teams in cross-functional project organization

• Good abilities in communication, coordination, organization and tracking

• Highly professional and self-motivated

• Self-discipline and rigor abilities in handling topics

• Friendly and enthusiastic
