职位描述
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinates and is responsible for all logistic activities in both internal and 3PL warehouses.
Responsible for assuring adequate warehouse employees in internal and external warehouses, selection, training, evaluation as well as assuring work conditions for this personnel.
Responsible for assuring the proper use and maintenance of all equipments needed in the activities done in both warehouses.
Responsible for organizing, visual management, order and cleanness of all storage areas form both warehouses in accordance with 5S principles. Responsible for 5S audits.
Responsible for ongoing check that the logistic activities are in accordance with procedure of quality system.
Responsible for defining, applying and following of material physical flows inside the warehouse and on production lines in accordance with the logical flows in the ERP system.
Responsible for accuracy of the SAP transactions in accordance with the physical material movements inside the plant, warehouse, subcontractors, rework etc.
Responsible for defining and implementing packaging specifications for finish goods, raw materials as well as for defining and implementing packaging flows.
Responsible for assuring the feeding of the right packaging materials to the production line.
Responsible for the activity and performance of all logistic subcontractors inside Honeywell plant as well as on their facilities. Defines and follows up KPI’s and corrective plans for low results.
Responsible for early signalling any potential dangerous situation in regards to HSE, quality, delivery or material stock (overstock or shortage).
Responsible for scrap and waste handling.
Actively joins the GEM tier 2 and 3 meetings as well as any daily or weekly meetings inside Supply Chain department.
Makes proposals to Human Resources department of trainings needed by the direct reports. Join the selection process of the suppliers for thee trainings.
Responsible for respecting the annual warehouse budget as well as packaging spending.
Responsible for defining, implementing and following a cycle counting procedure in concordance with corporate rules.
Responsible for defining and applying the inventory strategies.
Assures support in planning process and actively participates in AOP, SIOP and weekly Planning processes.
Assures support for NPI by assigning a responsible person for these activities.
Responsible for continuous improvement of physical and IT flows inside the Logistic department.
Leads the yearly wall to wall stock take.
Follows the achievement of the inventory accuracy and value targets.
Responsible for external and internal reporting about inventory value, inventory accuracy and cycle time.
Follow the review and continuous improvement of the Excess and Obsolete levels.
Responsible for Phase in/out procedure; Minimize the Raw Material E&O during PIPO
Integrate Standard work into GEM and fully implement HSE and other duties assigned by supervisor/Manager
Qualifications Required:
University graduate, preferably technical major
At least 5years working experience, Minimum 2years experience in a similar position or other supply chain position
Literate in: Microsoft Office, at least one ERP system
Fluent English speaker
