Management of a team that will :

·         Review demands of the region;

·         Analyze requests and design appropriate solutions to meet business needs;

·         Ensure the appropriate monitoring of the infrastructure;

·         Testing of disaster recovery plans for the environment;

·         Maintain policies and procedures supporting the best practices;

·         Provide third level of support to our local IT administrators (worldwide coverage);

 

Required Qualifications:

·         Graduate (3+ High School) in computer science or higher grade;

·         4-6 years of practical experience in a distributed systems environment;

·         Experience in ITIL is  required.

·         Experience in Data Center environment (Virtualization, Blades, SAN, Remote Management) and Backup and Disaster Recovery process, WAN Vendor management.

·         Fast learner, with strong analytical & conceptual skills, a creative mindset and good communication skills (able to present information clearly and concisely).

·         Must be communicative, motivated, rigorous and stress-resistant.

·         Knowledge in Prince methodology is considered as a plus.

·         Flexible working hours; travels can be expected.

·         Fluent in English (written and spoken)
