RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述： 1. Setup software project plans, e.g.: timing plan, development plan and configuration plan, etc.

2. Management of project timing and process monitoring according to A-SPICE

3. Assign tasks to designers and monitor their daily work

4. Report to software team leader weekly the project team workload

5. Organise design review activity, assign CodeReview to designers

6. Make software release and corresponding documents according to each milestone

7.Make techinical presentation for offers from customer

8.Supports the customer and ensure the correct technical coordination between the customer and MM design teams 9. Collects and shares knowledge of design best practice through intranet updates, readings, and presentations for designers, engineers and managers across the company

10. Develop specific product design solutions based on concepts selected for development

Job Requirements 岗位要求：

1. Master degree, major in software engineering or with relevant background

2. At least 5 years work experiences in industrial SW, and minmum 2 years or above software management experiences 3. Work experience in automotive industry is better

4. C/C++ language Software design

5. RTOS knowledge, knowledge of Linux/QNX,etc

6. Knowledge of configuration management

7. SW project management skills

8. Knowledge of A-SPICE is better

9. Synthetic and precise, organized, working on detail

10. Customer orientation, Willing to travel, Able to work under pressure (limited resource and time)

11. Fluent English (oral, reading, listening and writing) is mandatory

12. Good communications skills
