Main duties and Responsibility:
Actively participate in development and implementations of an agile and lean BASE set-up which are based on One, continuous improvements principles
Creating end user documentation Guidelines and How-to-use
Sharing knowledge and training end users within BASE
Creating routines for restore and troubleshooting
Be a part of the Helpdesk team
Supporting to update master data within BASE
Based upon roles and responsibilities ensure correct access rights are set on BASE users
Actively participate in BASE - Process coordinator forum and over time take a more leading role
Cross-BA initiatives:
Sharing knowledge and contributing to increase the transparency and performance between BA within the logistics area

Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree in IT Systems Science or equivalent major
Equivalent work experience and education will be considered, advanced degree and relevant professional training preferred
At least 2 years of experience working with modern ERP system
Having working experience about data bases
Basic knowledge of supply chain management
Prefer experience from working in a multi-site and -country environment
