Principal Accountabilities:

-Operate workshop safely in accordance with targets. Responsible for efficiency improvement-

-Training new staffs and accept training of new products

-Responsible for EHSQ management including EHS training in workshop

-Fire system Pre-Maintenance & inspection

-Take part in project team to focus on specified objective

-To perform an in-house engineering work

-To book in, assess, de-contaminate, inspect, rebuild, test as well as dispatch Edwards full range products (dry pumps, turbo pumps & others) including preparation of work report

-To be responsible for consumable parts storing /re-ordering management and cost controlling

-Responsible for safety systems management in workshop

-Subcontractors management including waste water treatment supplier regularly audit

-Responsible for pre-maintenance and spare parts management of facility equipment in workshop

-To interface with customers regarding service matters

-Making daily data records and collecting all technical data concerning with hub

-Spare parts consumption assessment and stock level supervision.

-Day to day management of workshop engineers

-(Occasionally) responsible to purchase within defined scope upon line manager's permission and use company system.

                               

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:

-University / College graduate in mechanical or electrical engineering

-Minimum of 5 year's work experience in mechanical engineering company,Electronic/electrical knowledge is plus

-Experience of managing 3~5 persons

-Awareness of safety issues and procedures concerning with workshop operation

-Time management skills and documentation management knowledge

-Problem solving skills and trouble shooting skills

-Able to read and write English

-Basic knowledge of software

-Good understanding of team work and strong team player
