1、负责与高分子相关产品的开发与研究；
2、负责与高分子相关的产品的质量提升、高分子材料的改性研究；
3、协助生产部门处理生产过程中出现的新问题；
4、负责对生产部门、销售部门对相关产品进行知识培训；
5、协助标准化工程师制订、修订相关产品的产品标准、工艺标准；
6、对外开展技术合作与技术引进；
7、主动收集相关的新技术、新工艺、新专利及其他相关信息；

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，高分子化学类相关专业；
2、有无经验均可，有经验更佳；
3、性别、年龄不限
4、具有扎实全面的相关产品的专业知识，熟悉原料性能、行业动态；
5、具有良好的表达和沟通能力，责任心强，工作积极主动，思维敏捷，善于沟通，熟练使用电脑；
6、有良好的团队协作精神；
