工作职责：

1、参与公司OA系统的项目实施工作，包括业务流程梳理、项目调研分析、方案整理等工作；

2、理解、评价并接收公司对OA系统的改善需求，严格按照软件开发规范完成OA系统相关程序的修改和测试工作；

3、负责OA系统相关功能模块的操作者培训；

4、负责OA系统后期的日常管理、日常维护和改善等工作；

岗位要求：

1.精通JAVA/.Net开发的各项技能，熟悉WebService/J2EE架构和设计模式；

2.有扎实的数据库基础知识，精通SQL Server（或Oracle）数据库设计、存储过程开发及调优；

3.具有面向对象分析、设计、开发能力,熟悉各种开发框架及工具，具备 B/S 体系结构软件的代码编写经验；

4.具有良好的语言沟通表达能力、文字书写能力、分析问题解决问题的能力；

5.具有良好的设计思路和编程习惯、较强的团队协作意识和工作责任心；

6.有良好的自我管理能力和一定的项目管理能力；

7.大专以上学历，计算机或相关专业毕业；

8.需提供相关的开发案例，有过OA、ERP等系统软件开发经验者优先。
