内外饰产品设计研发工程师
设计产品符合客户CAD开模和质量要求，尊重客户的时间节点和成本要求
符合客户的设计要求，对于设计产品的及流程（开模、装配等）的可行性负责
具有绘制仪表板、中控台、门板断面的能力，知识结构良好
绘制或编制汽车内外饰产品图样、零件清单及产品技术规范
具有注塑、焊接、发泡工艺知识
具备一定的CAE分析能力和设计验证能力
GD&T 和RPS定位知识应用于工作
熟悉汽车内外饰开发法规知识；
任职资格:
专业且熟练操作Catia V5软件进行塑料产品设计
8年以上汽车内饰系统零件设计工作；
能够服从公司的出差计划，能够在压力下工作；
国家正规院校本科以上学历，机械、材料、模具、汽车等相关专业；
英语口语和书面语熟练；
具备内饰塑料模具开发经验者优先；
自觉自律，严谨细致，有责任心；
很好的团队管理能力和沟通能力
Job Description:
Interior and exterior product design and product development engineer
Be in line with the client's CAD methodology and quality requirement and respect lead-time and cost requirement;
Be in line with the client's design standard; be responsible for design feasibility for process (molding, assembly);
Good knowledge of pruduct of IP TC DP, sections capibility
Drawing up BOM and technological regulations;
Good knowledge of injection, welding, foaming process
Have the capability of CAE analysis and experience of designing verification;
GD&T and RPS knowledge needed
Be familiar with the relative automotive interior and exterior laws
Qualifications:
Proficient in operating Catia V5 to design plastic products
Min 8 years in interior system for part design
Willing to travelling for considerable time; Able to work under the pressure;
Diploma or bachelor degree in relative major, for example: Mechanics, Material, Mold, Automotive and so on；
Skilled in English, including oral and Written；
Experienced in automotive interior plastic product mold development is preferred.
Consciously self-discipline, careful meticulous, responsible;
Team management skills needed, good communication
