Main Tasks:

• Manage and handle the full recruiting process for assigned positions
• Discuss position requirements and progress updates with Hiring Managers and responsible HR Business Partners
• Post job advertisements on job sites and social media
• Search and identify candidates through direct sourcing, QIAGEN’s Applicant Tracking System, employee referrals, job fairs and online job, networking or social media platforms
• Conduct phone screening and face to face interviews, schedule interviews for Hiring Managers and manage offer processes
• Manage and work with recruitment agencies to meet recruiting deadlines
• Give recommendations to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on candidate pool and market feedback.
• Support Recruiting & Employer Branding projects.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment
• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing candidates for Intern to Manager level positions in a Search Firm or MNC organization
• Experience in Biotechnology, Healthcare, Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry recruitment is an advantage.
• Proficient in using Social Media, MS Office such as Word/Excel/Powerpoint
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English is an advantage (to work with overseas team members).
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced & performance-driven work environment
• Excellent team-player
