5、负责保险的申报，理赔；

6、处理公司法务相关的事宜；

7、协助总经理全面负责公司日常行政管理工作，确保后勤保障得力；管控行政成本；

8、管理公司车辆，油卡等；

9、差旅管理，负责交通，住宿以及邀请函的安排；

10、负责与各部门间的沟通协调工作，受理各部门对行政工作建议，完善公司的行政管理制度，提升员工满意度；

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，专业不限，熟练掌握办公软件；

2、有一定的表达能力和人际沟通能力，具有高度的责任感和工作热情；

3、5年及以上企业行政管理工作经验；亲和力强，工作积极主动，注重细节；

4、善于人际沟通协调，责任心强，考虑问题全面细致，性格开朗，有团队合作精神；能够承受工作压力；

5、熟悉公司行政管理的相关专业知识与流程，熟悉行政工作职责、工作计划、工作重点与要点；

6、具有较强的服务意识，严谨、公正的工作态度以及专业的职业操守及敬业精神
