RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute internal communications programs that facilitate employee understanding of CDTC business priorities and performance. Collaborate with regional internal communications team to ensure program consistency throughout Asia.
Create content for internal communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, posters, WeChat, internal newsletters, posters.
Develop and optimize social media platforms to enhance CDTC’s commercial position in China’s display industry.
Build and maintain relationships with trade media and trade associations to optimize brand/product exposure; provide ongoing trade media monitoring.
Support special event programming, including the management of plant openings, including guidance on brand implementation, collateral materials, etc.
Lead the deployment of CDTC’s commercial effectiveness programs, as necessary.

CORE COMPETENCIES
Excellent written and verbal communications skills – Mandarin and English.
Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
Collaborative work style and organizational savvy.
Strong problem solving, conflict management skills.
Demonstrated skills in social media management.
Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Photoshop/Illustrator; graphic design experience is a plus.
Strong project management skills; setting priorities, attentive to details to stay on top of multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journal or another related field; MBA or advanced communications degree is a plus.
5+ years’ experience in a communications role with at least 3 years management experience at a multinational company or PR firm.
Demonstrated creativity in communications and content management.
Proven track record of success in internal communications programming.
Recognized expert in content management and editing.
Skilled in managing social media forms as well as interactions with business media.
