1. Skill Set:

· Previous sales experience within an OEM Equipment environment viewed favourably
· Previous experience with parts interpretation viewed favourably
· Market knowledge - competitors, customers, logistical, risks
· Systems knowledge - local and global

2. Duties:

2.1 Enquiry to Delivery process
· Receive and reply to all phone, fax and email enquiries and orders from external customers
· Receive and reply to enquiries and orders from Global Mid Market sales team
· Prepare customer equipment and aftermarket quotations
· Order processing - verification (part number, price, quantity, delivery times)
· Follow up on all quotations - lost order analysis etc
· Follow through with order delivery
· Allocate and expedite sales orders
· Weekly back order reports to customers

2.2 Sales
· Regular phone contact with customers where no regular face to face contact is in place
· Liaise with Global sales team on leads and prospects

2.3 Business Processes
· Sales analysis - weekly and monthly
· Lost order analysis
· Delivery analysis
· Forecasting - calculation and consolidation
· Pricing analysis
· Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - report all Mid Market Business opportunities on CRM
· Inventory - monitor and recommend stock levels at distribution points.
· Maintain all aspects of Global Mid Market product requirements - sourcing, purchasing, receipting, inventory control
