职位描述
Responsibility,
1. Drive, planning and organization of the prototype-shop technologies
2. Calculation of production times and production costs
3. Creation of system comparison with technical and economic considerations
4. Create hazard assessments for the assembly of prototypes
5. Support of strategy and target planning in cooperation with the superior Resource and capacity planning in cooperation with project plans.
6. Logistics: Scheduling of parts, ensuring of the material flow and the defined procedures. Warhousemanagement (SAP)
7. Budget control for the allocated budget and support at budget planning
8. Coperation with suppliers
9. Development of tools, methods and procedures
10. Intervention and escalation at not OK delivered components
11. Responsible for prototype assembly
12. Responsible for occupational safety and health in the allocated area (Prototype workshop)
Requirements，
1. Bachelor degree in engineering (e. g. electrical automotive,…)
2. 5 years of professional experience in the area of special-purpose-, prototype engineering
3. Good knowledge of battery systems and -components
4. Good product knowledge
5. Special knowledge of welding technology; preferably other joining technologies
6. Knowledge of quality management (P-FMEA, Poka Yoke, 5S, Pareto, APQP, PPAP)
7. Knowledge of material-flow planning, ergonomics
8. Self-organization and planning (schedules, costs, quality
9. Practical experience in planning, acquisition and implementation of assembling equipment or production equipment (prototyping)

11. Process design expertise for lithium battery module and packs including building requirements
12. Programming experience (PLC, Labview, CAN etc.)
