工作综述：

1. 对原材料，半成品，成品，污水等进行检验分析

2. 为生产，采购等部门改进成品和原材料的质量提供实验支持

工作内容：

1. 对工艺改进和客户的投诉进行样品，废水等的检测

2. 对原材料和成品进行检测，确保原材料和成品的质量过关

3. 对成品进行额外的检测，以确保成品质量的一致性

4. 控制原材料和成品的投诉率

5. 实验数据的汇总和报告

6. 运用新的实验方法进行数据的检测工作，并在系统中进行更新

7. 负责日常的内审工作，并不断对流程工艺进行改善

8. 保持实验室的整洁，药品和仪器按指定位置摆放

9. 实验室新入职员工的培训工作

经验要求：

1. 本科学历

2. 化学相关专业优先，2018届毕业应届生

3. 对ISO 14000和ISO 9000有一定了解

4. 对ISO 16949/ISO 18000/Six Sigma有一定了解

5. 良好的英语表达能力

6. 熟练掌握MS软件

7. 出色的人际沟通和表达能力

8. 良好的团队合作精神

注：此岗位工作地点为奉贤区楚华北路29号，公司有三条班车线路，浦东线，浦西线和南桥线。
