JOB PURPOSE

SGL people are empowered individuals committed to our customers' success. SGL people are passionate about freight forwarding management and we have exciting opportunities for young talents who are interested to start a career with SGL.

Functional Responsibility

• The management trainee will be assigned to specific role within the organization. Depending on the company’s requirement, such postings may last for 6 months to 1 year. Typical postings will cover different aspects of the business over the 2 years, including freight management, business development, sales management, etc. Through these postings, the management trainee will obtain a strong foundation in total freight forwarding management as well as general management skills.
  

Personal Capabilities & Education

• Solid communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• Positive and results oriented

• Committed and self motivated in dividual who believes and will drive for excellence

• Overseas study is a plus, pefer Spain, Demark, Sweden and Norway with ability of those languages

• Bachelor Degree or above
