Field: Procurement

Location: Wuhan, including domestic or international travelling.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage Procurement Engineers to ensure the availability and quality of materials for factory.

2. Initiate and achieve the cost reduction, VOI, material quality, inventory turns and other KPIs.

3. Optimize supply chain by supplier selection, evaluation and supplier development.

4. Involved in global procurement activities. Implement global procurement strategy, and procedures to local supply chain.

5. Lead procurement team to source material, expand and optimize supply chain to support new projects.

6. Develop and enhance the competency of procurement team to support operations effectively and efficiently.

7. Ensure compliance in all activities in the whole supply chain.

Requirements:

1. Honest and good communication.

2. Experienced in problem solving.

3. Initiative and strong leadership.

4. Fluent in English, both oral and written.

5. Understand the practice and concepts of operations management.

6. Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, supply chain, Engineering or related fields.

7. A minimum of 5 years of experience for Hi-Tech or Machinery Industry Company.
