Job Description:

-Develop digital marketing strategy based on business requirements, market trends and competition environment

-Lift brand preference through all digital platforms and media

-Improve brand awareness among target consumer groups through content management, SEM, social marketing to enhance brand’s equity and improve effectiveness of consumer online experience

-Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and ensure synergy with offline activities

-To manage different agencies, set up metrics and ensure execution

-To oversees digital performance and P&L management

Key Outcomes:

-Articulate annual digital calendar and create integrated digital campaigns according to marketing calendar

-Create digital content adopting global resources and brand guideline

-Leverage five pillars SEM, Website and e-stores, social marketing, digital advertising to gain brand preference and build reputation

-Manage budgets for projects, monitor costs and provide status report on a regular basis

Provide cross-analysis of results and performances of key metrics

Qualifications:

-At least 5 years of digital marketing experience in international corporation or 4A agency

-Having working experience for managing whole digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, website, seeding, etc..

-College degree above

-Innovative and creative is a must

-A strong entrepreneurial spirit

-Able to think from a broad business perspective and strategically

-Able to work independently and multi-tasking

-Self-motivated and detail-oriented

-Stress resistant and problem-solving

-Good communication skills as well as presentation skills

-Fluent English

-Well skilled in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
