As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Products Division and Building Products Business Unit (BU) based in Shenzhen. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

Your Task as a Sales Support Specialist will include the following:

1. Sales related:
a) Customer order handling, which include create customer code, prepare quotation, contract, precall, risk review process, SAP maintain and logistics arrangement.
b) Handle customer inquiry via web, email.
c) Customer and sales contract management.
d) Sales report summary including weekly report, bi-weekly key project report related.
e) Sales forecast and customer payment management.

2. Marketing related:
a) Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success.
b) Coordinate with EP/Group marketing depart to promotion activity, include seminar, exhibition, ACW events.
c) Create market press material, product brochure, rollup material, coordinate with ABB CC.
d) Coordinate scheduling with clients visit with sales team members.
e) Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
f) Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
g) Handle customer inquiries and issues.

3. Admin related:
a) New employee on-boarding preparation, including create email address, create concur and AMEX profile, prepare stationary and name card, mail tracking
b) Provide assistance to the Manager in the following areas
c) All secretarial work pertaining to the Manager.
d) Maintain up-to date and organized filing system.
e) Coordinate all events execution logistics
f) Jobs and projects as assigned by Manager.

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience.
2. Customer-service oriented, stable and smart, quick learner, Be patience and detail oriented personality is must.
3. Familiar in MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Good at English both oral and writing.
