岗位职责：

1、根据研发、生产需求对结构件的外观、工艺、结构等方面进行设计和制作；

2、配合小试线改造及生产调试，对出现的结构技术问题进行分析和处理；

3、配合采购人员进行结构件成本核算，通过改进设计方案、结构材料等降低结构件成本；

4、根据研发、生产需求对结构设计进行持续改进；

5、其他结构设计方面的工作。

任职条件：

1、本科以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化、结构设计专业；

2、熟悉office等办公软件，能熟练使用AutoCAD、Solidwork等设计软件；

3、一年以上结构设计工作经验；

4、熟悉结构设计、机械加工、材料、表面处理及各类标准件应用、非标件加工等相关知识。了解生物工程、化工等设备应用情况。有加工工艺、材料标准等方面设计应用经验。

5、熟悉结构件开发流程，具备一定的创造性思维，具备团队精神。

Main Duty：

1、According to R&D and production requirements,the appearance,technology and structure parts are designed and manufactured.

2、With the transformation of small test line and production debugging,the structural and technical problems are analyzed and dealt with.

3、Cooperate with purchasing personnel to calculate the cost of structural parts,and reduce the cost of structural parts by improving design schemes,structural materials,etc.

4、Continuous improvement of structural design according to R&D and production requirements.

5、Other structural design work.

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above,major in mechanical design,mechatronics,structural design.

2、Familiar with office software,skilled in using AutoCAD,Solidwork and other design software.

3、More than one year working experience in structural design.

4、Familiar with structural design,mechanical processing,materials,surface treatment and application of various standard parts,non-standard parts processing and other related knowledge.Understand the application of biological engineering,chemical and other equipment.Experience in design and application of processing technology and material standards.

5、Familiar with the development process of structural parts,creative thinking and team spirit.
