Job Responsibility

1.Realize daily cash disbursement / receipts;

2.Conduct proper cash management upon relevant guidelines and authorizations;

3.Assist to conduct Siemens cash pooling management;

4.Maintain branch bank accounts' related issues;

5.Handle and maintain E-banking payment process & tools;

6.Carry out credit control process (Release of goods delivery, AR collection, Dunning and Communication with customers);

7.Be responsible for other tasks designated by Branch Finance Head / Accounting Manager / Controlling Manager;

Requirements

1. College or University degree, major in Finance, Accounting or related areas;

2. Minimum 2 years' related working experience;

3. Experience in working at multinational company preferred;

4. Good command of English in writing, reading and speaking;

5. Good computer skills, especially in MS Office;

6. Strong sense of responsibility and high teamwork spirit;

Currently, we have an electronic factory (OSRAM LCS) in Panyu, a display optic lamp factory (OSRAM Kunshan Display Optic Co., Ltd.) in Kunshan, our lamp factory in Foshan, the OSRAM Representative Office in Shanghai, a Global Purchasing Office and recently a Design Center, both located at Foshan.
