职位简介:

全国销售经理的职责是在整个中国市场区域拓展业务,并负责和销售团队以及其他支持团队一起制定并执行本地业务策略,并确保达成业务目标。全国销售经理也负责与区域内大客户保持良好的合作关系。


主要工作职责:

l 在全国范围内管理并领导销售团队达成销售目标。

l 使用可以用到的信息制定并执行中国市场业务发展计划。

l 在中国市场范围内与重点客户建立并保持良好的合作关系。

l 为销售团队成员设立目标,指标并确保团队成员共同达成区域及团队目标。

l 在各个层面激励团队成员努力达成目标。


职位要求:

l 机械或化工设备专业,本科及以上学历

l 在制药设备或其他相关行业至少5年销售工作经验

l 在制药设备行业有良好的社会关系和客户关系优先考虑

l 英文流利

l 有冻干机隔离器,或其他大型原料药设备销售经验者优先

Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to develop new business for the business unit in China national wide territory. The national sales manager is responsible for working with the sales team and supporting team to developing and implementing local strategies to achieve the business goals. And the national sales manager also is responsible for key account relationships in the region.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
l Manage & lead the sales team in China national wide territory and deliver responsible sales target on quarterly basis.
l Develop and implement sales and business development plan for China market using available information.
l Build and keep good relationship with key accounts within China territory.
l Set goals, objectives and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to regional/organizational goals.
l Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their best to the job



Requirements/Qualifications:


l BA degree or above with Mechanical Engineering or Chemical equipment background
l At least 5 year working experience in pharmaceutical equipment or relative industries
l Good social network and customer relationship in pharmaceutical equipment industry is a plus
l Fluency in the English Language, both oral and written
l Familiar with Freeze Drying Systems is a plus
