岗位职责：

1、充分理解产品需求，对公司产品和项目进行设计、开发等工作；

2、带领项目组完成产品和项目的开发、测试、部署任务；

3、发现和解决开发过程中遇到的性能瓶颈和技术难点，对整个产品技术负责；

4、完成上级安排的其他任务。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，5年及以上Java开发经验。

2、具备良好的面向对象编程经验，深入理解OO、AOP思想，具有较强的分析设计能力，对设计模式有一定了解，可以在开发中使用设计模式方法；

3、Java基础知识扎实，熟练掌握主流开源架构，如Spring、Spring Boot/Cloud、MyBatis/Hibernate，对框架整合有一定的经验；

4、熟练使用Maven、Gradle等构建工具，熟练使用Svn、Git等版本管理工具；

5、熟练使用Mysql、Oracle、PostgreSQL等数据库的一种以上，熟悉SQL优化、熟悉大数据量的优化和处理，熟悉MongoDB，Redis等Nosql数据库的存储设计和使用；

6、了解敏捷开发模式，了解容器技术，了解Devops，有自动化运维经验优先；

7、有云环境下部署运维经验者优先，有智能制造行业从业经验者优先；

8、熟悉Linux，能够自己搭建linux下的开发和部署环境。

9、责任心强，具备独立分析和解决问题的能力，有较好的组织、协调能力及团队合作意识；

10、热爱技术，喜欢尝试最新的技术，能够自我驱动，并能从技术趋势和思路上影响技术团队。
