Client Background:
Our client is a leading prestigious European car distributor in the Hong Kong SAR with substantial 4S/3S vehicle dealer operations in the Mainland China.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the performance of vehicle sales managers and provide supervisory interface with all parties concerned, such as sales, service, parts, customer service and back office.
2. Develop effective communication channels with staff at all levels to enhance the dealership management activities.
3. Keep abreast of the latest changes in all related legislations and propose and implement action plans to ensure compliance.
4. Co-ordinate personnel and training activities of the sales and support teams.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Marketing / Engineering, MBA preferred. Relevant working experience in technical and sales in related to automotive industry.
2. Proven 3S/4S dealership management of imported cars.
3. Fluent English.
