1、计算机或相关专业，Java语言开发经验两年（含）至三年；

2、精通Java语言，精通J2EE相关技术，精通MVC构架模式，Spring MVC、Spring Boot等框架开发Web应用； 

3、熟练使用Eclipse、SVN等开发工具；

4、精通Oracle、MySql、Sql Server等一种或多种数据库的基本环境配置、具有数据库方面的开发基础；

5、熟悉缓存及分布式应用，参与过大型电商平台的性能优化和调优工作优先考虑；

6、良好的团队合作和沟通能力；

7、有完整的项目开发经历；

8、具有良好规范的文档和编程习惯，逻辑清晰，有较强的解决问题的能力；

9、责任心强，工作踏实，能承受较大的工作压力，良好的交流与沟通能力和团队合作精神；

10、有团队领导能力，能辅导和帮助其它开发人员解决开发中遇到的技术问题；
