Company Description

The Electrical Drives Division of Robert Bosch LLC provides an array of mechatronic drives (intelligent motors and actuators) for automotive applications including: window lift, sunroof, windshield wiper,
engine cooling fans, HVAC blowers, and various under-hood actuation functions. We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to assist in application support of electronic control units and to lead our problem solving activities for quality / warranty returns. This position will be part of an extended global team. Candidate will interact with engineering and manufacturing team members in the Americas, Europe, and
Asia. Candidate must be able to travel. Periodic visits to domestic customer locations will be required. Travel to Europe to attend training sessions may be required.


Job Description

  • Promote products to customers and develop/maintain customer relationship
  • Business development for business unit new products to China market
  • Make sales activities and achieve annual target on acquisition, price reduce target, overdue payment, sample payment etc.
  • Price and contract negotiation with customer
  • Coordination between global team, plant and customers to make business success
  • Make business plan and support other function for daily work (eg. project management, market study, and so on)
  • Resolve A/R, DNI issue;
  • Market study for business unit new products
  • Customer type: Tier1 & OEM in-house system manufacturers



Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in mechanic or business commercial or sales marketing. At least 4 years experience in automotive industry.
  • Ability to influence, good planning / coordination / communication and problem solving skills.
  • Self driven personality, team spirit is an essential requirement
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Business development experience is highly preferable
  • Frequent domestic business travel & customer oriented thinking is required;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.
  • Good PC skills eg. PPT, Excel, Word.
