职位描述

The Market Owner (MO)is accountable for the sales, service, operational and financial performance of a group of
business centres. The AD directly supervises a sales team and a service operations team.
Reports to: Regional Vice President
Key Responsibilities:
People Management
 Accountable for managing the performance of each team member, ensuring maximized
productivity and results; while providing consistent feedback, coaching, training, and
performance management, as needed.
 Maintains a proactive candidate pipeline in order to be able to confidentially churn bottom
performers.
 Drives revenue for Regus by effectively and consistently ensuring the sales team is selling all
products and services at competitive prices while maximizing revenue opportunities. Must ensure
team meets and exceeds production and activity targets.
 Ensure business goals are clearly communicated and understood.
 Establish objectives and targets with direct reports and to communicate performance
expectations clearly.
 Provides daily leadership, communicates strategic direction and manages the execution of the
sales team as it relates to: deal pricing, workstation optimization, competition strategy, marketing
plans, broker plans, etc.
 Acts as an extension of the training department by personally delivering and/or overseeing sales
training within the area.
Financial Performance Management
 Drives revenue for Regus by effectively and consistently ensuring their sales team is selling all
products and services at competitive prices while maximizing revenue opportunities.
 Drives high conversion of all products through effectively following the sales process, ultimately
resulting in a positive impact to the occupancy and profitability.
 Drives price through managing margins and developing pricing plans.
 Manages the renewal process and strategy in order to meet exceed retention targets and renewal
increase targets.
 Ensures that service revenue opportunities are maximized and billed.
 Ensures compliance to the collections process, minimizing any bad debt.


Area Management
 Provides daily leadership, communicates strategic direction and manages the execution of the
sales team as it relates to: pricing, margin, workstation optimization, competition strategy,
marketing plans, etc.
 Maintain adequate sales staffing levels to meet the sales and service targets for the area.
 Client management dealing with any escalated customer issues.
 Develops a proactive call plan strategy to be executed by the sales team aimed at agents, 3rd
parties, local key accounts and neighbouring businesses to ensure new business sales and
revenue targets are achieved. Also works closely with the marketing team to help provide local
market knowledge.
 Has a firm grip on the market intelligence within the cluster by ensuring that the sales team
obtains, maintains and updates competitive intelligence
 Implements and ensures full use of Sales tools and systems, ensuring compliance and data
integrity.
 Orchestrates the business in a manner consistent with company operational standards and brand
promise.
Key Position Requirements:
 8+ years of work experience, in a similar role
 Proven Sales leadership with a direct sales force in a business-to-business sales environment.
 Experienced developing, coaching and managing a high-performing sales team in a competitive
and result driven environment.
 Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at high level and
build strong business relationships.
 Proven objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills
 Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure
or continually changing situations.
 Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
 University degree preferred
