Key Accountabilities:

Commercial Information:

1,Maintain a consolidated database with all relevant information detailed by Sales Areas: Sales Regional Managers, Sales Reps, Apps, Distributors

2,Manage master data in SAP related: Sales Areas, Sales Reps, Sales Targets, Provinces, Distributor Codes,...

3,Create maps with the relevant information to visually understand our business, and send mapping report in time.

4,Work with manager to develop sales tools and tracking sales force performance

5,Follow up that distributors report the required info in distributor’s portal.

CRM

6,Manage master data in CRM

7,Keep all the CRM information organized: Sales Team, distributors, distributor territory,…

8,Provide dashboards with the key information to management.
