1、负责公司的海运出口物流操作事宜；

2、负责操作部日常管理，优化操作部各项日常运作环节，降低操作成本，提高服务质量；

3、建立优质的服务质量管理体系，支持业务部门的市场拓展，提升客户满意度，通过优质的服务和专业的操作能力保持客户与公司长期稳定合作关系；

4、处理客户投诉等专业问题并配合相关部门进行调查 ；

5、汇总及分析业务上出现的各类问题，加强团队建设，负责打造一支服务优先、快速反应、具有高度团队合作精神的操作团队；

1、本科及以上学历;

2、5年以上海运出口操作经理的相关工作经验

3、熟悉航运、物流及进出口贸易的基本知识；

4，良好的英文水平，书面口语良好，可以和国外代理邮件或电话沟通;

5、工作态度认真积极，有良好的客户服务意识，沟通能力，能够对客户在业务上的要求耐心解答；

6、具备一定的管理能力，能够妥善处理公司物流方面各种疑难杂症；

7、能独立承担操作部的日常管理及培训工作；
