1> Establish and improve the rules and regulations and basic information of professional technical management of electric operation;
2> Revision and review of Electrical Operational Rules, system atlas;
3> Go to the production site and master the operation of electrical equipment, follow-up monitoring and guidance towards major operations;
4> According to the changes of the operating equipment, modify the format and content of the record form;
5> Supervise and inspect the implementation of the handover and inspection regulations by the operating personnel;
6> Check the regular verification of electrical operating equipment;
Familiar with and understand the construction technology and management of bulk gas system, special gas system, transportation of chemical system and the Hook-Up of process machine;
7> Responsible for the preventive management of the factory special gas system (as above), risk assessment and improvement implementation, parts establishment and management;
8> Responsible for the rational operation of special gas system, the establishment of a large gas balance map, so as to ensure a stable and continuous operation of the system to meet production needs, and to achieve reasonable energy use to avoid waste.
Responsible for ensuring the alkali discharge standards are in line with the national regulations, in compliance with relevant state laws and regulations, to eliminate irregular and excessive discharge of non-compliance emissions
9> Responsible for regular application of purchase of a variety of gases based on the production needs, and if necessary, do gas replacement operations, when replace the gas we should guarantee it’s a safe operation and ensure that it does not affect the production.
Knowledge & Skills
1> Over 5 years working experience in the field of manufacturing of front - end product companies related to semiconductor (IC), solar energy, panel (front process) and LED (epitaxial wafers and chips);
2>holding dangerous goods operation certificate, hands-on ability;
3> 5 or more years of experience in HV power system
4> Deeply understanding of 110/10 Kv Power system design, operation and maintenance
5> Deeply understanding of 110/10Kv transformer/GIS, Relay protection 
6> Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English and computer skills
