Description

This is a key senior role, based in Beijing, reporting to the IS&T Director, Greater China. The primary responsibilities are developing strong business relationships with the local leadership teams including Channels Sales and R&D in Beijing, formulating strategies to align business priorities with global directives, leading the infrastructure team and Channel Sales system team to deploy the strategies to enable business growth. Partner with Channel Sales and R&D Leadership Collaborate on global application development and implementation Drive innovation on POCs and align application roadmap with regional stakeholders Lead Greater China wide infrastructure implementation and support Oversee a cross-functional team based in Beijing

Key Qualifications

？ Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or computing related disciplines. MBAs or Master degree preferred

？ 10+ years of relevant experience

？ Must have previous technology management experience or equivalent from a large, fast paced company

？ Highly developed leadership skills with strong experiences in organizational and process design.

？ Knowledge of networking and information security in an enterprise environment

？ Knowledge of channel sales business

？ Ability to work independently and make big-picture decisions

？ Attention to details

？ Comfortable working in a dynamic and highly matrix organization

？ Passionate to drive changes

？ Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese

？ Strong presentation and influencing skills
