Position Description:
• Managing Business Control projects as part of a worldwide team, taking a lead on regional / worldwide initiatives and also becoming a key contact point for projects specific to China home market. Communicating to senior management to update

• Responsible for Optimizing Business Processes for Profitability & Efficiency whilst maintaining Compliance & Control. Areas include procurement, pricing, product planning, forecasting, Supply Chain & Go-to-Market.

• Implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks

• Working as part of a team to implement Business Controls projects and managing the project to completion with delivery excellence. May require managing those in other teams - taking ownership and exhibiting entrepreneurship where needed.

• Expected to act as a senior member of MBG Business Controls team.
• Developing the Business Controls team and providing a lead role on professional development & enhanced technical knowledge.

• Working with other functional areas to ensure all involved are focus on implementation and execution.

• Support MBG Finance organization with key projects & initiatives


Position Requirements:
• Strong commercial awareness & experience in making a commercial judgment on complex topics, discussing with key stakeholders to drive the optimum solution
• Able to work under pressure and deal simultaneously with various organizations/ cultures to manage multiple projects
• Experience in managing & developing a team
• Functional experience in one of the following areas : Finance, Program Management , Supply Chain, Operations, Internal Controls, Audit.
• Proven track record in methodically driving solutions for complex problems that involve cross-functional disciplines.
• Very strong numerical skills
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral) in both English and Mandarin
• Experience in Finance & Accounting in a international environment
• Strong analytical/problem solving and influencing skills required
• Excellent eye for detail
