R&R for the position:

• Manage and supervise the monthly close process; work with the plants to ensuring financial reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with US GAAP

• Develops and review the account reconciliation by plant and prepare the document for the purpose of meeting minutes/control documentation for corporate accounting and the auditors quarterly in highlighting the critical accounting areas and related operational activities

• Facilitate the communication of accounting guidance and assist in the appropriate GAAP adjustments

• Lead key Balance Sheet Accounts reviews monthly to identify the potential accounting risks and errors through the abnormal movements analysis

• Strong understanding of accounting processes and procedures; and ensure on-going SOX and internal control compliance in the plants

Required Skills and Experience:

• More than 5-yearexperiencein accounting/corporate accounting functions

• Experience of MFG pro (or SAP) and Hyperion is highly desirable

• Work experience in a manufacturing facility or public accounting is a plus

• Good interpersonal communication skills/outgoing personality

• CICPA is preferable
