基本职责：

Basic Accountabilities:

1. 协助区域团队进行重点行业和新行业业务开展；

Work with the regional sales team, focus the business development in the key industries.

2. 针对于区域内重点行业，制定重点行业的应用方案，并提供现场支持；

Focus on the key industries in the local market,

Provide industry application solutions, and provide on-site support.

3. 协助区域团队进行重点产品线推广；

Work with the regional sales team, promote key product lines to the customers.

4. 针对于目标行业客户的售前、售后工作；

Pre-sale and after-sales work for application solutions in the focus industries.

5. 重点行业应用案例收集与整理，并在区域团队内部进行分享推广；

Collect and organize application cases in key industries,

Share in local sales team and promote them to the customers.

6. 提高客户满意度；

Improve customer satisfaction.

7. 完成上级安排的其他任务。

Perform other duties assigned by superior

资格要求：

Qualification Requirement:

1. 学历要求

Education Requirement

l 本科以上学历（工业自动化、电气、电子、机电一体化等相关专业）

At least university degree (major in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, mechatronics and/or related areas)

2. 工作背景要求

Work Background Requirement

l 至少3年以上工业自动化领域相关工作经验，熟悉汽车、冶金、机械制造等行业工艺要求与自动化方案应用；

At least 3 years work experiences in Industrial Automation; Familiarity with the application of Automotive, Metallurgical, Machine building and other industries.

l 熟悉接插件、电缆、编码器、传感器产品以及与它们配套的集成系统零部件的应用（传感器、输入/输出和控制系统等）；具有IO编程的工作经验优先。

Familiar with Inductive Sensor Technology, their integration with adjacent system components (e.g. connectivity, I/O and control systems) and applications Programming experience in IO Link preferable

3. 技能要求

l 熟悉汽车、冶金、机械制造等相关行业的方案应用

Familiar with the application of Automotive, Metallurgical, Machine building and other industry.

l 熟悉产品的性能，包含竞争对手产品

Familiar with properties of products, Include competitor products.

l 在工业领域拥有丰富的专业知识和卓越的能力

In-deep professional knowledge and capability of engineering industrial

l 熟练操作办公软件,熟练使用CAD/EPLAN等工业设计软件;

Excellent in Microsoft Office and industrial design software operation (e.g. CAD ,EPLAN)
