职位描述
Requirements:
Education and/or Training
? Bachelor degree or above in Law, auditing, management, Human Resource, English, etc.
? Bachelor degree or above with Information Technology related major is also welcome.
? Auditor qualification preferred (e.g. ISO9001/14001/27001/20000, etc.)
Experience
? 3+ years of relevant experience in implementing management standards e.g. ISO27001, ISO9001 or other relevant industry standards in service industry.
? Experience working in a multi-national working environment and cooperating with different departments for compliance related activities.
? Experience in management system integration is a plus.
? Experience in face-to-face service industry is a plus.
Aptitudes or Generic Skills
? Familiar with enterprise operation process and management model
? Familiar with certification standard, e.g. ISO9001/14001/27001/20000, etc.
? Strong knowledge and understanding of local regulatory requirements;
? Good understanding on risk-driven approach for continual improvement.
? Excellent Project Management and Coordination skills
? Fluent English speaking and writing skills
? Professional training and presentation skill
? Good at using MS Office Software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
? Knowledge on Office Automation System is a plus
? Ability to analyze complex situations and prioritize actions
? Ability to conduct compliance audit, present audit result and write English audit report
? Ability to draft system documentations in English

Circumstances
? Able to demonstrate a clean criminal record, in accordance with the vetting/declaration process of the base country location
? Able to travel extensively nationally and potentially internationally
Responsible:
? Supervise the General Compliance Process to ensure it is followed properly.
? Manage a Compliance Requirement Repository and ensure the corporate Management System is established and maintained with a clear matching of the Compliance Requirement of all sources.
? Maintain a set of compliance verification approach to ensure the implementation status can be effectively monitored and communicated.
? Continually improve the General Compliance Process, Corporate Management System, and Compliance Verification Approach.
? Identify and review new compliance requirement to ensure it is properly evaluated and planned for implementation.
? Summarize compliance activities on achievements and improvement opportunities for senior management review.
? Follow up on the progress of the improvement projects to ensure an expected delivery.
? Coordinate on external certification assessment worldwide to maintain and extend the company’s certification scope based on business needs.
? Define proper Key Performance Indicators and use the statistics to monitor the effectiveness of the management system.
? Consolidate all the changes into the risk assessment and make risk treatment plans to address the corporate risks to an acceptable level.
? Create and maintain system documentations to ensure corporate management standardization.
? Establish a training mechanism to support effective deployment and implementation of the corporate Management System.
