Responsibilities:



1.To manage purchasing work , to be in conformity with laws , company policies& procedures and purchasing requisiitions .


2.To manage purchasing department daily activities , to ensure proper supply to company's operation and growth in right cost , right time and right quality level .




3.To set up and optimize the purchasing processes and procedures;

4.To promote the initiatives and the policies of company in the purchasing department ;

5.To develop the competencies of purchasing staffs ;

6.To coordinate with the related internal departments , to facilitate the implementation of purchasing policies and procedures ;

7.To make up monthly purchasing report , funtionally to Asia supply chain director & hierarchically to RC site director.


Qualification:

1.Bechalor degree or above, Chemical engineering , Equipment mangemnet ; management and related majors .

2.More than 10 purchasing working years , and at least 5 years at the purchasing management level in chemistry .

3.Good at computer skill and English.
