职位描述：
R&R for the position:
- Submit the FP&A reports to regional controller and corporate finance team on time with high quality after
validating the information provided by plants, as well as summarize the key items to regional controller;
- Re-align profit reporting group - focus on YOY reporting and VISPLAN tool;
- Provide data, analysis, and insights to manufacturing organization to assist with the delivery of plan
targets;
- Work with plant Finance and corporate accounting to figure out unexpected issues and make corrections on
time during month end closing;
- Review with A/R, A/P, and inventory balances monthly b. Ensure A/R, A/P, and Inventory reserves are
appropriate given aging trends and obsolescence risk;
- Forecast and Budget preparation support;
- Support ad hoc reporting requirements from corporate and regional management team.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above in finance & accounting
- 3 -5 years working experience of accounting or analytical role in manufacturing company
- Experience of MFG pro (or SAP) is highly desirable
- Be familiar with MS office, accounting software and Hyperion
- Good interpersonal communication skills/outgoing personality
- CICPA/ACCA/CMA is preferable
- Good communication skills in both spoken English and written English
